Receive a first aid kit, compression tool, and preparedness info free, courtesy of Premera.

There will be rwo sessions offered both days. At 3:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. April 21 at Woodway Hall, Edmonds Community College Campus, 20000 68th Ave. W., Lynnwood. And at 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. April 30 at Embassy Suites, 20610 44th Ave. W., Lynnwood.
