Volunteers were busy Thursday filling another 2,500 plastic eggs with candy and prizes to be used in two egg hunts scheduled in Mountlake Terrace on Friday and Saturday.
“We will have more eggs this year than we had last year,” announced Seaun Richards, Mountlake Terrace City Councilmember and owner of the Red Onion Burgers.
The $10 tickets for the adult Flashlight Egg Hunt, set for Friday at 7 p.m. at Evergreen Playfield, 5400 block of 224th St. S.W., will be available on site. The Saturday egg hunt for children up to 11 years old is free and will take place at the same location starting at 10:00 a.m.
It’s going to be fun!
