Vineyard Park marketing office opens on 230th Street Southwest

The new Vineyard Park at Mountlake Terrace retirement and assisted living complex isn’t expected to be completed until October, but sales staff for the facility have now opened the doors to a marketing office to reach potential residents.

CarePartners, the parent organization of Vineyard Park at Mountlake Terrace, has taken over the former Health & Wellness Institute of Integrative Medicine building at 5603-230th St. S.W. for use as a marketing and leasing office for the new complex.

“The marketing office is open so folks can come get brochures, ask questions and/or reserve an apartment,” said Kelley Smith, North Region Director of Marketing for CarePartners. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m., or by appointment.

Once completed, Vineyard Park will include 104 studio, one- and two-bedroom units in the four-story building at 56th Avenue West and 231st Street SW in Mountlake Terrace. The complex will include underground parking, a commercial-grade kitchen, dining room, exercise room, and an entire fourth floor devoted to the care of dementia patients.
