Murder suspect Encarnacion “EJ” Salas has been arrested by authorities, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.

Salas was apprehended at about 2:15 p.m, Saturday, Oct. 25. Patrol Deputies received a tip that Encarnacion may have in an apartment in the 3300 block of 164st SW. He was quickly located and arrested.

Salas is believed to have assaulted a 42-year-old man in Lynnwood late last night. The victim died at the scene.
