The Rotary Club of Lynnwood awarded $67,000 in scholarships to 20 graduating seniors and two Edmonds School District graduates during a luncheon Thursday at Edmonds Community College’s Gateway Hall.
Mountlake Terrace’s Danielle Hirano and Vera Okolo were among the recipients. Lynnwood High School graduate Siyu Lu was a four-time recipient. Lu is attending the University of Washington. Meadowdale’s Hannah Long received a $4,000 scholarship. Each of the other recipients were awarded $3,000.
