Town Hall Meeting with your Legislators March 12

Senator Rosemary McAuliffe, Representative Luis Moscoso and Representative Derek Stanford of the 1st Legislative District will be hosting three town halls this month.

On Saturday, March 12 there will be three locations and times:
10–11:30 a.m. –Northshore Senior Center, 10201 E. Riverside Dr., Bothell, WA 98011
12:30–2 p.m.– Cathcart Elementary School, 8201 188th St. S.E., Snohomish, 98296
3–4:30 p.m.Mountlake Terrace Library, 23300 58th Ave. W., Mountlake Terrace, 98043

Residents are encouraged to attend and participate in discussions on the state budget, education, health care, public safety and anything else that is happening in the current legislative session.

If constituents can’t attend, they can contact legislators at the phone numbers and email addresses below or call the Legislative Hotline to relay their thoughts, toll-free, at 1-800-562-6000.

21st Legislative District will be holding a town hall meeting the same day in Mukilteo.

Sen. Paull Shin, Rep. Mary Helen Roberts and Rep. Marko Liias will attend to talk about the legislative session and answer questions from the community.

The town hall will take place at the Rosehill Community Center, which opened to the community in February. The new two-story, 29,000 square-foot facility has excellent views and will be an incredible community asset, the lawmakers report.
