Some Town Center projects moving forward, some on hold

The Herald has a good story today the revitalization of the Town Center neighborhood. They highlight the project that we previously wrote about at 56th Ave W and 236th St. SW as well as a couple other projects that are on hold.

The article also mentions a couple townhouse projects, a 3,475-square-foot mix of commercial and residential space at 24007 56th Ave. W and 4-6 story projects proposed where Roger’s Marketplace is and on the property north of Roger’s.

We keep pretty close tabs on development activity and we will be sure to keep you updated if any of the projects move forward.
