Terrace took on Shorecrest Wednesday night in a Wesco 3A conference game. The 2nd quarter was the difference maker in this one, as the Scots put up 20 points to just 4 for the Hawks. The Hawks turned the ball over 15 times in the first half, suffering in ball handling and scoring without their point guard and leading scorer, Mindy James, who was out with the flu. Terrace only lost the second half by two points led in scoring by freshman Maddy Kristjanson on 6-7 shooting, finishing with 13 on the night. Also scoring was Cristine Lotz with 10, Taylor Smith added 8, and 2 from Mary Boxley.

Final score: Shorecrest 52, Terrace 33.

Terrace hosts Meadowdale Friday night at 7:30 in the Terraceum.
