This Wednesday, MLTnews is co-sponsoring a Candidates Forum for some of the legislative candidates in the 1st and 21st Legislative Districts. The free event will take place at the Black Box Theater in Edmonds. Seating is limited to 200 and attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the candidates. MLTnews, as well as My Edmonds News and Lynnwood Today, will be on a panel that will also have an opportunity to ask questions. If you are not able to make it the Candidates Forum and would like to submit a question, please email tips@MLTnews.com.

My questions are: 1) If you could estimate how much of your passion and desire to run for office has to do with furthering conservative social concerns, such as religion and marriage, what percentage would you say it is? 2) Are you: Somewhat, mostly, or quite a bit a political pragmatist i.e. spend most of your time thinking about solutions to problems such as cash flow and asset conservation, protection of state constitutional issues such as education, protection of the environment and local human rights issues such as protection of labor and industries workers compensation insurance and job site safety.
