Raising Healthy Eaters in a Fast Food World
June 1 from 6:30-8 p.m. Join a registered dietitian to discuss how to help your young children develop healthy eating habits. This class is geared toward parents of toddlers and preschool-aged children. Learn more or register here.
Lifestyle Change Check-Ins
June 2 and 16 from 6-7 p.m. Stay on track with healthy changes to your diet and physical activity by attending this drop-in program, led by a dietitian and exercise physiologist. This group meets every first and third Tuesday of each month on a drop-in basis, so no registration is required. Learn more here.
Cooking with Fresh Produce
June 8 from 6-7 p.m. In this dietitian-led class, learn to cook with seasonal, fresh produce available at farmers markets. Learn more or register here.
Parents as Role Models for Healthy Eating
June 15 from 6-8 p.m. This workshop provides parents with tools so you can model healthy choices for your child. Learn more or register here.
Kids Cook with Heart — Summer Cooking Series for Teens
Begins July 10 from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and runs six consecutive Fridays. This six-week class series for ages 12-15 teaches basic skills to prepare meals at home, as well as info to make healthier choices. Learn more or register here.
