Lynnwood High School was the host for the Special Olympics Project Unify soccer tournament on Saturday, May 17. Special Olympics Unified Sports is an inclusive program that combines about an equal number of Special Olympics athletes and partners without disabilities on teams for training and competition. Here, the Mountlake Terrace and Meadowdale cheer squad gave a warm welcome to athletes, coaches and parents. Edmonds School District students, teachers and coaches volunteered at the event.
