A small fire broke out on the roof of the Mazatlan Restaurant in Mountlake Terrace Thursday after a roofer used a torch to repair the roof and burned a small area of the parapet wall. The fire was quickly extinguished with a fire extinguisher. Damage was to the restaurant is estimated at $500.
