The City of Mountlake Terrace Police Department is providing notification regarding a Level II sex offender who moved into a residence located in the 4500 Block of 224th Place West in Mountlake Terrace.
Andrew Clegg Mensing is 61 years old, 5’ 8” tall, 185 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He is not wanted by the police at this time.

What are the laws here? That is only blocks from Cedar Way and MLT Elementary (three blocks from my house). Also is this the same address that the previous sex offender moved into last school year? Are they running some kind of group home there? Can’t we send them all to an island (or at least Everett)? This is why I dont let my kids out of my sight or go outside alone.
