At the Mountlake Terrace Library, 23300 58th Ave. W., children ages 4-8 are invited to attend a program exploring the science of weather. The event begins at 1:30 p.m.; a parent or caregiver is required to accompany the participants.

At the Brier Library, 23303 Brier Rd., kids of all ages can participate in a Pokemon Takeover from 11 a.m. to noon. Attendees can create Pokemon-themed crafts and participate in a Pokemon scavenger hunt. Attendees are encouraged to bring their personal devices with them as lures will be set to the library’s Pokestop throughout the hour-long program.

The programs are being made possible by the Friends of the Library groups at their respective libraries. For more information about Sno-Isle Libraries, click https://sno-isle.org/.
