(Photos by David Pan)Ella Sundell patiently waits as Melissa Gallardo Plourd finishes painting her face.Everyone was pleased by the results.Kids were enjoying playing in the water without getting wet.People who do not like heights should avoid this ride.These kids seemed to like the ride, though.The State Farm Bear gave away balloons.It’s a long way down.A couple took a breather on some unusual chairs.Kids enjoyed a mini-rollercoaster ride.You never know who you’ll run into at Tour de Terrace.Plenty of balloons are available to keep the younger ones happy.The ferris wheel lit up the sky.How about some salt on that roasted corn?This guy had the best seat in town.Sly Mr. Y was playing to an enthusiastic crowd at the Evergreen Playfield.
