Using a city vector truck, work crews began creating the holes on Monday for the support posts of new playground equipment to be installed at Evergreen Playfield, 22205-56th Avenue West. Crews hope to begin installing elements of the equipment this week, with all the playground apparatus in place by Memorial Day weekend. The playground equipment was purchased using a $50,000 Community Development Block grant from Snohomish County. (Photo by Doug Petrowski)
