Northbound Interstate 5 near the Mountlake Terrace Transit Center has been closed overnight this weekend to allow for the construction of a concrete light rail bridge. Work was scheduled to continue between 11 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 24 and 6 a.m. Monday, Jan. 25. (Photo by David Carlos)
