The City of Lynnwood is continuing its emergency repair work on a water main break that occurred last November. The 212th Street Southwest road closure between 52nd Avenue West and 60th Avenue West is currently scheduled for May 31 to June 3. Detour routes have been established. The closure is expected to last into overnight hours.
Local, emergency access and garbage pickup will be accommodated throughout the road closure.
From 60th Avenue West to 63rd Avenue West, only one lane will be open to traffic. Drivers should expect delays during construction work hours from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The road is anticipated to re-open again the second week of June 2016. This resurfacing work is weather dependent and may be delayed.
