More than 45 vendors make up this year’s edition of the Mountlake Terrace High School Annual Holiday Bazaar Saturday, Nov. 3. The event occurs at the high school, 21801-44th Ave. W., 9 a.m.–4 p.m., and is expected to offer craft items, gifts and baked goods of crafters and home businesses from throughout the area.

A portion of the proceeds from the holiday bazaar go to funding the Class of 2013 all-night graduation party, offering graduates a safe, alcohol- and drug-free, all-night activity following commencement exercises next June. Members of the classes of 2014, 2015 and 2016 will also be on hand Saturday to raise money for the graduation parties following their respective commencements.

The MTHS Sports Booster Club will also be fundraising Saturday with another Drive One 4UR School event. Harris Ford of Lynnwood will have new Ford vehicles at the school available for test drives; Ford Motor Company will donate $20 to the booster club (up to a maximum of $6,000) for every test drive taken by a licensed driver. A similar Ford event in May brought in the maximum donation amount to the club. The Drive One 4UR School fundraiser runs from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

There is still space available in the bazaar for additional vendors to get involved. Table rentals are $35, with the registration deadline this Wednesday, Oct. 31. To register for the bazaar, or for more information, contact Bobbie Netz at gotpursenality@live.com.
