The City of Mountlake Terrace Dance and Fitness Program and Kontagious Performing Company will host its 10th annual Costume Carnival on Saturday, Oct. 29 from 5-9 p.m. at Terrace Park School Gym.

The city event includes harvest festival activities, lots of costumes, dancing and dance performances.

There will be snacks, music, games and crafts. Take your chances at the Go-Fish Tank, decorate Halloween cookies, win a cake in the cakewalk or compete for prizes. Dress in your finest, fanciest or funniest outfit and join in the fun.

Kontagious Performing Company will also perform and show off their latest moves! Mountlake Terrace Dance programs will also be performing a range of styles from Hip Hop to Irish Step and Ballet.

Tickets will be available at the door. Admission is $5 per person or $10 per family up to four people. All proceeds will benefit the Mountlake Terrace Dance Company Scholarship Fund and the Kontagious Arts Foundation. Additional donations are greatly appreciated.

“Each year this event raises much needed funds for scholarships,” said Chloe Davenport, City of Mountlake Terrace Dance Programmer. “We hope you will celebrate this season of harvest and abundance while dressing up and supporting the performing arts.”

The Terrace Park School Gym is located at 5409 228th St. S.W. adjacent to the Recreation Pavilion
