The City of Mountlake Terrace is hosting another of its “Coffee with the City” events this Wednesday, April 11, from 6-7 p.m. at the Recreation Pavilion, 5303-228th St. SW. Members of the community are invited to join city officials for a cup of coffee and casual conversation.

Among the officials planning to be at Wednesday’s event are four of the city’s seven council members: Mayor Pro Tem Laura Sonmore, Councilmember Rick Ryan, Councilmember Doug McCardle and Councilmember Seaun Richards.

There is no set agenda for the event, but subjects to be discussed are likely to include the Civic Center bond issue that the council recently placed on this August’s primary election ballot and the city’s 2011 year-end financial report to be released on Thursday. Attendees are welcomed to ask questions concerning any aspects of city government and to provide input concerning the city’s many services.
