The 7th Annual Concours d’Elegance at The Wood, sponsored by Alderwood-Terrace Rotary Club, is set for Saturday, July 12, from 1-5 p.m. This event is on the 18th fairway at the Lynnwood Golf Course, and will feature 60-plus hand-picked classic, sports and muscle cars.
The featured marque is “Brass and Nickel Era Cars,” with several of Pebble Beach Concours quality. The Classic Car Club of America has recognized this as a national event. Tom Bryant, Road and Track Editor Emeritus, is serving as honorary judge and will also co-host as an emcee.
The proceeds benefit local, national and international charities that support youth. Recipients in the past years include Kids Around the World, Northwest School for the Blind, Pathways for Women, The Homework Center and Dale Turner Family YMCA.
