Registrations are now being accepted for the 18th annual Boys & Girls Summer Basketball Camp presented by the Edmonds School District, Mountlake Terrace Recreation and Parks Department and the basketball programs of Mountlake Terrace High School.
The camp, for ages 6-15, is scheduled for Monday through Wednesday, June 27-29, from 9 a.m. — 12:30 p.m. each day and will take place at Mountlake Terrace High School. Cost is $60 for residents of Mountlake Terrace, $66 for non-residents.
Coaches and assistants of the MTHS Hawks boys and girls basketball programs will lead campers in various basketball skills during the camp, including ball handling, passing, rebounding, shooting and defense. Campers will also participate in scrimmages and learn about conditioning, nutrition and other related subjects from guest speakers.
