Registration for fall MLT Rec Pavilion swim lessons begins on Wednesday

276842_179246192139115_8265899_n[1]Registration for the dozens of twice-a-week Fall Session 1 swim lesson classes at the Mountlake Terrace Recreation Pavilion begin this week, with city residents getting the first shot at openings in the programs on Wednesday, Aug. 28.

The Monday & Wednesday classes, daytime or after school/evening sessions, begin on September 9; ten-lesson sessions end on October 9. The Tuesday & Thursday classes get under way on September 10 and finish up on October 10. Cost is $67 for Mountlake Terrace residents, $74 for non-residents.

Mountlake Terrace residents can begin registering for swim classes on Wednesday at 8:00 a.m. at the Recreation Pavilion, 5303-228th Street S.W.; phone registrations for city residents can be made after 12 noon. Non-residents will be allowed to register for classes beginning on Thursday, Aug. 29, at the Recreation Pavilion starting at 8 a.m.; non-residents can register by phone beginning at noon on Thursday.

The Recreation Pavilion offers swim classes for 9-month-old infants with a parent up through adult classes. You can seer a complete listing of classes available during Fall Session 1 here, and class descriptions are available here.
