Time is running out to preregister for the sixth annual Celebrate Schools! 5k Run/Walk.
The event, which benefits the Foundation for Edmonds School District, is set for Saturday, Oct. 4 at the Alderwood Mall. Registration is $25 for adults, until Oct. 2 when it goes up to $35. Youth, ages 13-18, are $15 and kids, 0-12 are $5. Register online at: foundationesd.org.
The schedule for Oct. 4 is:
- 7 a.m. | Registration & Packet Pick Up
- 7:45 a.m. | Children’s Fun Run
- 8 a.m. | The Celebrate Schools 5k
- 9 a.m. | Battle of The Bands
- 10 a.m. | Awards Ceremony
Visit the Lynnwood Yogurtland with your race bib on Oct. 4 or 5 and 20 percent of your purchase will go back to the Foundation.
