Children will be able to get a close up look at some frogs on Saturday at the Mountlake Terrace Library.

As part of its Science Saturday, the Mountlake Terrace Library is hosting Fun with Frogs and Friends at 2 p.m. on Nov. 15

Have a toadally frogtastic experience learning about frogs and toads, where they live, how they live, what they eat, and the difference between frogs and toads. Thayer Cueter, the “Frog Lady,” from Just Frog and Friends Amphibian Center in Edmonds will be visiting with some of her froggy friends to show children how to care for these fascinating creatures.

In order to allow participants an opportunity to see the animals up close attendance is limited and preregistration is required. Go here to register. Best for school-aged children, caregiver required. Funded by Friends of the Mountlake Terrace Library and Sno-Isle Libraries Foundation.
