The police were called to the Bronson Place apartments last night for teen age drinking and women screaming. Police cleared out drinking at the apartment complex. They also cleared the basketball court between Bronson and Norther Lights, which is a continuous place of nightly drinking and apparent drug use. There is usually a group of 10 to 15 teens to 25 year old men and women gathered at the basketball court. Mountlake Terrace Police had a great response time and one of the best professional teams we have seen. The dispatcher is a great person and very well trained. Management at Bronson Place (now called The Boulders at Mountlake), has been very attentive to the situation, and have installed night time lighting for all walk ways and the basketball court and have been working with tenants to stop the situation.
