It appears as if Pizza Man, located at 212th St SW and 44th Ave W, has closed down. Their web site does not say anything about them closing but the restaurant has been closed for the past week or so. We have been unable to reach them for comment. Pizza Man was a favorite of high school students due to it’s close proximity to Mountlake Terrace High School. Several MTHS students on Facebook have said that the addition of Little Caesar’s at the same intersection may have contributed to Pizza Man closing down.

Pizza Man is for sale for $149,000. Could we see something similar to what happened with Sorelli Pizza?

Do you know how many times it has shut down before? I hear it happens every couple of years. Then it changes its name. Darn Good Pizza then Mike and Daves then Pizza Man.

I’m going to miss Pizza Man. Lots of people I know deserted it when Little Caesars arrived, but I always thought Pizza Man was waaaaay better. Oh well, I guess I’ll have to settle for Little Caesars… Sad face. =(
