The Judith Lang Painting Exhibit will be the art presentation at the Mountlake Terrace Library, 23300-58th Ave. W., during the month of July.
“Creating art has become my passion. I lose myself in a world of color, design and sensation,” said Lang. “I have tried numerous mediums, and have always come back to oil paint for its juicy sensuous quality and rich color.”
“For me nothing can compare to the joy of losing myself to this magic,” Lang added. “Attempting to translate a small slice of life onto a two-dimensional plane is challenging and rewarding.”
The show runs July 1-31 at the Mountlake Terrace Library Mondays through Thursdays, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Fridays, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays 1-5 p.m. The exhibit is presented by the Mountlake Terrace Arts Advisory Commission.
