Officials accept 2040 VISION Award for Arbor Village

Arbor Village, the first large-scale mixed use complex to be completed in Mountlake Terrace’s new Town Center District, was one of six developments in the region to receive 2040 VISION Awards from the Puget Sound Regional Council this week. In Seattle to receive the award were (from left to right) Real Estate Agent Wade Heyer, Mountlake Terrace Mayor Jerry Smith, AFCO & Sons President/CEO Yuko Abe, Mountlake Terrace Councilmember Doug McCardle, former Mountlake Terrace Community and Economic Development Director Shane Hope, AFCO & Sons General Manager Steve Stone, Arbor Village architect Carl Colson, Mountlake Terrace Mayor Pro Tem Laura Sonmore, Mountlake Terrace City Councilmember Kyoko Matsumoto Wright, Mountlake Terrace City Councilmember Rick Ryan and Mountlake Terrace City Manager Arlene Fisher.
