Collision Reports may now be obtained online through www.docview.us.com for a service fee of $16.00 per report. Insurance Companies and private individuals can download and print a copy without having to contact the City of Mountlake Terrace Police Department.
Those interested in obtaining a copy of a collision report need to enter the name of the agency that investigated the collision, the date of the collision and the case number, which is the last two digits of the year that it occurred, hyphen, followed by a five digit number. Reports are available within 24 to 48 hours of the collision.
Citizens may also request a copy of a collision report at the City of Mountlake Terrace Police Department, 5906 232nd Street SW, for a fee of $10.00, also within 24 to 48 hours of the accident.
