Aspen Lane, a small development of six townhomes in two buildings, is scheduled to be ready for sale later this summer. The townhouses are located at 4028-214th St. S.W. in northeast Mountlake Terrace.
The first building is close to completion, with the second building’s foundation poured and set.
No sales prices are available yet on the properties at Aspen Lane. Two similar townhouses close by have sold recently; on March 28, a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom townhouse at 4128-214th St. S.W. ‘B’ sold in a bank foreclosure sale for $190,000. On March 21, another three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom townhouse at 4218-216th St. S.W. sold for $170,000.
