The Mountlake Terrace Recreation Pavilion is offering a Gentle Aquatic Movement class that focuses on range of motion exercises.
These exercises are designed to help increase mobility, strengthen and stretch muscle groups by using the resistive properties of the water. Flotation equipment is used during the exercises to enhance flexibility and balance.
The new class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:45-10:30 a.m. Drop in fees apply to this class: Adult Residents $6.75/Non Residents $7.45 Senior Disabled Resident $5.00/Non Resident $5.50.
