Nearby: Seven people escape Edmonds home following attic fire Tuesday night

fire district 1 logoSnohomish County District 1 firefighters Tuesday night responded to a fire in the attic of an Edmonds home in the 23000 block of 84th Avenue West. According to Fire District 1 spokeswoman Leslie Hynes, all seven people inside the home were able to get out safely.

The fire was reported around 8:15 p.m. and was out before 9 p.m. No word yet as to cause or estimate of damages.
