The Mountlake Terrace wrestlers closed out their 2012-2013 regular season on Thursday with a 49-17 dual meet lost to the Glacier Peak Grizzlies in Snohomish.

“The kids wrestled tough against some high state-ranked wrestlers,” said head coach Kanoe Vierra. The Hawks picked up three victories in the meet, Trung Bahn in the 106 pound weight class, Syd Springberg at 170 pounds, and Kaleb Davis at 285 pounds.

The Wesco 3A South District Tournament will take place at Glacier Peak High School starting at 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 1, and continue all day Saturday, Feb. 2.
