Sophomore Haeley Johnston, a student in the STEM Magnet program at Mountlake Terrace High School, has been selected to join the state officer team of the Washington Technology Student Association (WTSA); Johnston will serve as the WTSA’s Reporter during the 2013-2014 school year.
Made up of 59 chapters and 1991 members, the WTSA is the largest Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics club for students in the state. Johnston will be one of just six students named to officer posts in the organization this year.
