Future Educational Goals: I’m going to college, I’m just not exactly sure where. I have applied to University of Washington, Oregon State University, Montana State and I plan to apply at Purdue. I also plan to major in a form of engineering, likely mechanical engineering.

Future Career Goals: I want to build things and get involved with operations and management. I’m still not sure if I want to work with bridges, cars, buildings, or planes, but taking the right classes in college can prepare me for many different options.

Anything else we should know?: I’ve been interested in science and engineering since first grade when I moved to Washington and was invited to make a science project. From second to sixth grade I performed various science experiments and got first place at the state science and engineering fair multiple times. The love for science and engineering stayed with me through middle school until I joined the FIRST robotics team in high school and that is where I was able to develop more and learn how real engineering projects work.
