It’s a busy week at the Mountlake Terrace Senior Center.
The Center’s Planning Committee will be meeting at 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 13. This is your chance to be a part of planning the 2015 activities. Everyone is welcome to attend. The Centerwill be setting up sub-committees to meet your interests.
A Pen and Ink Drawing Class will be from 10 a.m.-noon, Tuesday, Jan. 13. Learn to draw Pen and Ink Stylized drawing flowers and animals. The class is taught by Ginger Carson. Fee is $3/week. For more information or to sign up contact the Welcome Center.
On Wednesday, Jan. 14, you can enjoy Dancing at the Lake hosted by The Music Whisperer, DJ Don McCarthy. Dance from 1-3 p.m. Fee is $3/members, $5/nonmembers.
Finally next Tuesday, Jan. 20, the Center is hosting an Old Fashion Chili Feed from 5-7 p.m. All You Can Eat chili, corn bread, cole slaw for $10/person. Three kinds of Chili to choose from. Sign up at the Welcome Desk.
