4700 block 212th Street Southwest: Police responded to a reported verbal domestic disturbance between a man and woman who had previously dated. The man said the woman had his Orca card and he wanted it back. The woman said he was banging on her windows and cursing at her, which he denied.

21200 block 53nd Avenue West: A license plate check led to the arrest of two warrants subjects in the 7-Eleven parking lot. One woman had an escape warrant and the other had a drug-related warrant. The second warrant subject also reported to have been a heroin user, but said she was seeking treatment.
24000 block 48th Avenue West: Multiple handwritten notes warning of an alleged pedophile were reported to have been distributed in the neighborhood. The woman reporting the incident said she believed that the notes were referring to her boyfriend and were not factual. She said she believes the notes were distributed by a woman her boyfriend had trespassed from the bar he works at. She said the woman has been causing problems lately and the notes were not true.
4700 block 212th Street Southwest: A man was arrested for a DUI warrant after police officers responded to a request for a civil standby. After they completed helping the man collect his possessions, the officers recognized a known individual and arrested him during traffic stop.
4300 block 212th Street Southwest: A woman was arrested for multiple warrants after police conducted a traffic stop. She admitted to having a suspended driving status.
Oct. 21
22800 block Lakeview Drive: A man was arrested for fourth-degree assault and interfering with the reporting of a domestic violence call. The man’s girlfriend said he came to her residence intoxicated, accused her of cheating and hit her. She also said he threatened that she “would not wake up in the morning.”
5000 block 243rd Street Southwest: A man was arrested for second-degree assault and interfering with reporting a domestic violence incident after he was reported to have assaulted his male roommate. The victim said the suspect hit him with a bat multiple times and called him a “mooch” and “leach.” When he tried to call the police and report the assault, the victim said the suspect knocked the phone out of his hand and stomped on it. Police said the victim showed signs of bruising on his arm and chest. He declined medical aid.
6000 block 244th Street Southwest: Two subjects were trespassed from Studio 6 after the motel staff reported a nuisance complaint.

5800 block 224th Place Southwest: A woman reported a case of identity theft after she received a notice from a credit agency about a rental property she did not authorize.
21900 block Highway 99: Police responded to a fraud complaint at Red Dragon Casino after a known customer was reported to have used a fake $100 bill.
5500 block 244th Street Southwest: SHAG Senior Living staff reported that an unknown man was in the building’s parking garage looking in vehicles and set a vehicle alarm off. However, nothing was reported to have been stolen and the vehicle was still secured.
Oct. 23
7000 block 226th Street Southwest: A woman was arrested for a DUI after she was reported to have driven her car into an unoccupied, parked vehicle. The woman told police she hit the vehicle after swerving to avoid hitting an animal. Police reported that she showed signs of being under the influence of alcohol. Heavy damage was reported to have been caused to both vehicles, but no injuries were reported.
5400 block 212th Street Southwest: A man was arrested for fourth-degree assault, third-degree malicious mischief and resisting arrest after police responded to a domestic assault. According to the man’s ex-girlfriend, the argument started when her ex-boyfriend became upset when she was on the phone. She said he took her phone and threw it, punched a hole in the wall and hit her in the chest multiple times.
21300 block 59th Place Southwest: Police responded to a verbal domestic disturbance after an adult brother and sister were reported to have been arguing. The siblings live with their 84-year-old mother and said they do not get along. Nothing physical was reported to have occurred.
5900 block 232nd Street Southwest: A Lynnwood woman called the Mountlake Terrace Police Department to report that her ex-boyfriend — a Mountlake Terrace man — had been leaving messages on her phone. She said the nature of the messages was sexual and vulgar. She reported that in the past the relationship had been physically abusive.
Oct. 24
21900 block Highway 99: A man was arrested at Red Dragon Casino for multiple warrants after his father contacted the Mountlake Terrace Police Department. When police contacted the man, they reported he showed signs of being under the influence of opiates. Warrants include a felony escape warrant for possession of controlled substances and two Marysville warrants for misdemeanor resisting arrest and possession of a dangerous weapon.
4700 block 212th Street Southwest: Police responded to a domestic disturbance report at Quartz Creek Apartments. The man and woman were reported to have been arguing in the building’s courtyard area. After speaking with both parties involved, police determined the argument was only verbal.
56th Avenue West/220th Street Southwest: A traffic stop led to a warrant arrest for a nuisance charge.
22200 block 52nd Street Southwest: A man was arrested for a marijuana-related DUI after he was pulled over for driving slow and making a sharp turn at a corner. The man admitted to having smoked two joints within the previous two hours.
Oct. 25
22200 block 56th Avenue West: Police made contact with a woman sleeping in her car parked at Evergreen Playfield. She said she lived in Seattle and she had gotten into an argument with her boyfriend who lives in Mountlake Terrace. A records check showed that the woman had been in a previous verbal domestic dispute with her boyfriend. The woman left the scene.
