April 22
A vehicle was reportedly damaged in the 23300 block of 67th Avenue West. The windshield was broken.
Fraud was reported in the 21300 block of 52nd Avenue West. A man said he had three checks deposited unexpectedly into his account. He went to the bank when he noticed the additional money and was told his account was fine. The money was later withdrawn, resulting in him having a negative account balance. The signatures on the withdrawal checks do not match the signature on his driver’s license.
April 23
A resident called to report a window was broken on her residence in the 23000 block of 57th Avenue West. It was a double-pane window and only one pane was broken, so no entry was made.
A woman said she saw someone break the window of a van in the 4700 block of 212th Street Southwest and take something out of the back. She said she tried to follow him but he started driving erratically. It is unknown what was taken. Damage is estimated at $500.
April 24
A driver called to report another driver was following him with a gun pointed at him. The reporting party said he was driving to the police department. When he pulled in, he did not have another car following him. He said it was last seen driving on 236th Street Southwest. He said he knows the person who was driving the other vehicle but does not want to press charges.
A residential burglary was reported in the 21400 block of 52nd Avenue West. Two bedrooms had been ransacked. A new pair of shoes and two iPads were missing.

April 25
A trespasser was reported in the 6000 block of 244th Street Southwest. The man was asked to leave and he said he didn’t want to and had nowhere to go. He had a warrant four for his arrest so he was taken into custody and booked into the Lynnwood jail.
A hit and run was reported in the 22800 block of 66th Avenue West. The driver smelled of alcohol and had slow, slurred speech. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and took a breath test. The breath test registered at 0.244 blood alcohol concentration. He was arrested and transported to the Lynnwood Jail for additional tests, then taken to Snohomish County Jail for DUI and hit and run charges.
April 26
A theft was reported in the 22500 block of 45th Place West. The victim said her rear license plate was taken and replaced with a different license plate. That license plate belongs to a vehicle that was reported stolen in Seattle. Both license plates (the incorrect rear plate and correct front plate) were logged into evidence.
A burglary was reported in the 5600 block of 236th Street Southwest. The suspects likely got inside through a back door. The only teams stolen were a drive saw, a Sawzall and an air compressor. There was no damage to the door.
April 27
A motorcycle was stolen from the 21600 block of 60th Avenue West.
A verbal domestic complaint was reported in the 4100 block of 236th Street Southwest.
A woman possibly on heroin refused treatment in the 23300 block of 58th Avenue West.
April 28
Threats were reported in the 4700 block of 216th Street Southwest. Three roommates said they were being harassed by a group of people. The reported harassers’ cars were vandalized and they blamed the reporting party for the damage. The reporting party said he did not vandalize their cars and is worried they may try to assault him or damage his car. He just wanted the incident documented in case his property is damaged in the future.
A bag with suspected drugs was found in the 22800 block of Lakeview Drive.
