The following are selected incidents from the Mountlake Terrace Police blotter.
July 23
23100 block of LaPierre Dr. Theft from vehicle. A wallet and a video game console were stolen from a vehicle. Later on the owner reported that fraudulent charges were made on a credit card.
July 24
7100 block of 220th St. SW. Theft from auto. A battery, books, a blanket and women’s pajamas were stolen from a vehicle. A cellphone that did not belong to the owner of the vehicle was found in the front seat.
July 25
5800 block of 224th St. SW. Theft from vehicle. Purses and an overnight bag, which had been locked in a trunk of a vehicle, were stolen from a vehicle.
July 28
21200 block of 50th Ave. W. Theft. A prescription for medicine was stolen from a vehicle.
21300 block of 52nd Ave. W. Theft auto. A resident of an apartment complex reported the theft of a vehicle that was parked under a cover in a parking stall. Later that same day, the vehicle was found parked on the opposite side of the apartment complex.
24300 block of 56th Ave. W. Theft. A construction site foreman reported that someone attempted to pry open the door on a trailer.
July 30
5100 block of 236th St. SW. Theft. A resident reported the theft of a log splitter that was stored in his yard.
