The following are selected incidents from the Mountlake Terrace Police blotter.
July 10
6100 block of 213th Pl. SW. Vehicle impound. A Chevrolet van was impounded
July 11
21900 block of 66th Ave. W. Warrant service. Police responded to a report of a burglary in progress at a sandwich shop. It was determined that one of the subjects was an employee of the store, who came to the shop to make a couple of sandwiches. One of the other subjects was found to have an outstanding misdemeanor warrant and was arrested.
July 12
5400 block of 212th St. SW. Malicious mischief. An obscenity was written on the front door of a resident’s apartment. The suspect was determined to be a neighbor who was in a dispute with the victim.
6100 block of St. Albion Way. Theft. A bicycle was stolen.
July 14
22700 block of Interurban Trail. Disturbance. A caller reported hearing men arguing on the trail and then the sounds of a possible gunshot. Police located two men involved and also found a firearm on the trail.
July 15
22800 block of Lakeview Dr. Vehicle theft. A resident reported that the steering column and ignition were damaged in a car at an apartment parking lot.
22000 block of 44th Ave. W. Found property. A silver watch was found in a grocery store.
July 16
23100 block of 64th Ave. W. Theft. A woman reported the theft of four black wheels with new tires that were left outside of house.
