The following are selected incidents from the Mountlake Terrace Police blotter.

Dec. 12

21900 block of 64th Ave. W. Found property. A bicycle was found.

23400 block of Lakeview Dr. Theft from auto. A driver’s side rear passenger window of a vehicle was broken. A makeup bag was reported stolen.

Dec. 13

23500 Lakeview Dr. Vehicle prowl. A rear passenger window of a car was broken and an apron was stolen.

4000 block of 231st St. SW. Theft from auto. A couple reported that both of their cars were broken into and prescription medicine and jewelry were stolen.

23300 block of 58th Ave. W. Malicious mischief. Graffiti was found in a bathroom and on a garbage can at the library.

4500 block of 216th St. SW. Theft. A rear license plate was stolen from a vehicle.

5500 block of 224th St. SW. Threats. A man reported that another man made threats to him with an implied gun. The victim said he was walking his dog on a leash when another dog, not on a leash, started bothering his dog. The victim kicked the offending dog off his dog. The other dog’s owner was angry that the victim kicked his dog. The suspect then said he had a gun and could take care of the problem.

Dec. 15

4100 block of 236th St. SW. Vehicle theft. A 1993 Subaru vehicle was reported stolen from a parking lot.

5900 block of 241st St. SW. Burglary. A washer, dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator were stolen from a vacant house.

4800 block of 215th Lane SW. Burglary. A car parked in a garage was broken into and a purse with $200 cash, an iPad and several wrapped gifts were stolen. The garage door was open but there were no signs of forced entry.

Dec. 16

22700 block of 42nd Pl. W. Malicious mischief. A resident reported that someone cut the plug off of the Christmas lights in the front yard.

21300 block of 56th Ave. W. Malicious mischief. Someone damaged an ATM machine in front of a bank.

23100 block of  Cedar Way. Theft. A child’s bicycle was stolen off a front porch.

Dec. 17

4400 block of 212th St. SW. Theft. A grocery store detained two women accused of shoplifting alcohol. Both women admitted they tried to steal alcohol.

Dec. 18

5000 block of 238th Pl. SW. Theft from auto. A man reported the theft of his stereo from his car. The car was parked on the street in front of his home. There was damage to the dashboard where the stereo was pried out.

5100 block of 238th St. Pl. SW. Theft from auto. A woman reported the the theft of a flashlight, sunglasses, pocket knives and baby clothes from a car.

Dec. 19

22000 block of 66th Ave. W. Trespassing. Police were called to remove an intoxicated man who refused to leave a business.
