The Planning Commission is scheduled to hear a mid-year update on development activities from the Community and Economic Development Department during Monday’s meeting.
The department reports that there are 31 significant projects in some stage of planning and development within Mountlake Terrace through the end of June. A list and map of the projects can be found under item 5 of the agenda.
The commission also will receive an update on the Community and Economic Development work program for 2015 and City staff will present an overview of the Planning Commission Responsibilities, Code of Ethics and Robert’s Rules of Order.
Of note in the Submitted Applications update is a plan by Premera to install smoke shelters at various locations on the site at 7001 220th St. SW.
The meeting will be at 7 p.m. at the Mountlake Terrace Interim City Hall, 6100 219th St. SW., Suite 220, second floor.
