Home prices in Mountlake Terrace were up 12 percent in June compared to this time last year.
Sales were up 45 percent from last year with 29 homes sold, according to Redfin, a national real estate brokerage company.
The median home price was $313,650 – $344,975 for single family homes and $204,975 for condos and townhomes. Homes spent a median 8 days on the market.
