Home prices in Mountlake Terrace showed a 9.4 percent drop in February compared to this time last year.
Sales were down 33.3 percent from last year with 10 homes sold, according to Redfin, a national real estate brokerage company.
The number of new listings rose 60 percent from a year ago, with 24 homes coming on the market in February.
The median price for all homes was $247,750 and homes spent a median 15 days on the market.
