Mountlake Terrace High School theater students spearheading food drive

Trick or Treat So Kids Can Eat logoStudents from the Mountlake Terrace High School theater department will be collecting donated food Oct. 28 — Nov. 6 as part of “Trick or Treat So Kids Can Eat,” a national community service program of The International Thespian Society (ITS).

Donated non-perishable food items can be dropped off at Mountlake Terrace High School during regular school hours; students are encouraged to bring donated food to their PASS class. Theater students will also be collecting food outside local grocery stores on Friday, Oct. 30 and Saturday, Oct. 31. All food collected at MTHS during the drive will be donated to the Concern For Neighbors Food Bank in Mountlake Terrace.

Mountlake Terrace High School is one of more than 400 school nationwide participating in the ITS food drive.
