The Mountlake Terrace High School All Sports Night is scheduled from 6-8 p.m., Monday, Aug. 17.

Athletes should download and fill out the Edmonds School District’s Athletic Clearance and Forms Packet and bring them to school as there will not be a supply of printed packets at the school.

All athletes must complete the Sports/Athletic Clearance Paperwork, including a physical exam which must include a clinic stamp (physicals recorded on the district form are valid for two years), parent permission form, and have all fines and fees cleared. Athletes must purchase an ASB card for $50.

Varsity football begins Aug. 10 with all other fall sports starting on Aug. 24.
