MLT Police Seek Help Identifying Robbery Suspect

This just in from the Mountlake Terrace Police Department:

The City of Mountlake Terrace Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect wanted in an armed robbery that occurred at approximately 10:30 a.m. on December 1, 2009, at the Shell gas station in the 6600 block of 220th Street SW in Mountlake Terrace.

The suspect entered the gas station, confronted and threatened the store clerk with a large knife. The suspect forced the clerk into a back office, took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled in an unknown direction.

The suspect is described as a black male, in his 20s, 5 feet 9 inches tall with a medium build. He was wearing a black “Ecko” brand hoodie.
