One of the males then “fiddled with the rifle” and accidentally discharged a round through the apartment and into the adjoining unit, narrowly missing a pregnant woman and the apartment complex resident who had called 911. The two males were arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and reckless endangerment.
